Join us for the Frieth Hilly – a challenging, mixed-terrain race along winding woodland paths and country roads with stunning views. Set in the beautiful Chiltern Hills between Marlow and Henley-on-Thames, Frieth is only 35 miles from central London.

"A run of two halves. First 5km a gentle run from Frieth, through Fingest to Skirmett, but the second 5km a challenging climb back to Parmoor and Frieth. Absolutely worth it for the views of the chilterns though!"
